My phone won't connect to my oculus pro and when I do the factory restet from the pro. A screen appears with a circle that says it erasing but then it stops and sends me back to the black screen where the Meta logo is. Then the arrow down chip logo appears and ev eventually the same thing happens where the Meta logo phases in and out. I don't know what else to do.

Is it possible to erase then download the current OS? (I suspect my internal copy of the OS is corrupt) - I want a fresh download and install, not just a 'factory reset' which uses the internal copy of the OS. Thanks... Also doing a factory reset didn't reinstall the controller software at all. I want a complete download and reinstall in order to rule out internal corruption of existing OS packages already inside the headset (and controllers).
