FS700 has been my main camera for slow motion footage for a lot of years. Great camera.

I don’t know about everyone else but I’ve always preferred operating a “boxy” cinema camera. I love all the weight and the form factor. Maybe it’s just me but it feels so ergonomic

This is so great! I've had my FS700 since 2013 and have really learned to hate it BUT watching this made me fall in love all over again!

I've been using the FS700 since it was new. It is still my main camera all these years later and with an external recorder, the picture is still pretty awesome. This review is spot on pointing out the weight and the noise issues. Weight is a struggle but with the right exposure, the noise is pretty easy to mitigate. Alistair Chapman did a streaming episode with ProAVTV a few months back about the FS7m2 and he pointed out that every camera purchase is a business decision. I have a full calendar of bookings for filming and a list of happy clients so when I consider upgrading an FS7, FS5 or even the FX9 I have a hard time justifying the expense. I would love an FX9...I've watched the Philip Bloom movie TWICE but at $12, 000 (after batteries, cards etc) I can't pull the trigger when the need just isn't

I’m going to need you to stop making these videos and driving up the value of these cameras before I can buy one. Thanks! :)

I REALLY love this series! Absolutely brilliant idea. The camera market is very good at making us feel like we NEED the newest of the newest but you just killed it here! I am so thankful!

I’ve had this camera since it came out. It’s still my daily driver. Insane amount of value.

Would love to see the image quality vs BMPCC 4K since they are similarly priced!

Bought one about a month ago after watching some of your videos and this camera is absolutely amazing. I needed to film a music video and I wanted to sell it after to make profit but... I ended up falling in love with it ahahah

Sony’s older cameras are amazing. And their new ones like the siii and fx9 are also amazing. They’ve been killing it. The fact their old cameras are still so capable is awesome

I remember using this beast for a music video in 2013 :) Half of our budget went for renting it for half a day! No RAW was available then, yet it was totally worth it for 200fps slow-mo shots alone.
