HIIT Boxing Workout You Can Do at Home in 30 Minutes without Equipment

Today’s sweat is HIIT Boxing Workout at Home NO Equipment. HIIT boxing workout at home no equipment is great for every level of fitness. The warm up will help beginners learn the combos and the design will push experienced boxers to work a max effort.

You have five complete rounds of boxing. One minute HIIT set then a 30 Second active recovery. We follow that format for three complete rotations per round. There are 30 seconds rest in between each round. A warm-up will kick this HIIT Boxing Workout at Home NO Equipment off before hitting round 1 of 5.

Shadowboxing
Shadowboxing is a combat sport where a person throws punches at the air as though there is an opponent. Practiced primarily in boxing, it is used mainly to prepare the muscles before the person training engages in stronger physical activity. Shadowboxing is a great way to build up that much-needed muscle memory. While you're in control of your surroundings and focusing on your form, technique, and movement, you are building these important skills into your muscle memory to move about the ring easily and comfortably.

HIIT (High-intensity interval training)
HIIT training is perfect for boxing training. A boxer needs to work hard in fast bursts delivering punches before recovering and dancing around the ring to avoid his opponent's punches. A boxer is constantly alternating between a fast and low pace. HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved glucose metabolism.

Compared with longer sessions typical of other regimens, HIIT may not be as effective for treating hyperlipidemia and obesity or improving muscle and bone mass. However, research has shown that HIIT regimens produced significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole body in young women. Some researchers also note that HIIT requires "an extremely high level of subject motivation" and question whether the general population could safely or practically tolerate the extreme nature of the exercise regimen.

Boxing is the most effective sport because it involves many high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that engages multiple muscle groups, works out the whole body, and can be done in a much shorter time period.

Awesome workout. Coming off of ankle surgery so can’t put too much weight on it yet. Sat on my bench and followed along. Worked just fine and worked up a sweat!

Always solid your workouts, been watching you for years now and I always come back to your channel when I need to think of a way to mix it up in the gym, appreciate what you do Nate helping people around the globe to improve on their fitness/boxing through youtube videos absolute legend!

I do have one question though, what is the device you use to track your heart rate/calorie burn?

I'm currently cutting weight but I'm gonna need to maintain as I'm close to my goal so having something that gives me a rough estimate on my caloric burn would be nice so I know what to eat to maintain.

Also last but not least keep doing what you're doing Nate you deserve millions of subs and I hope you get there one day <3
