You will also notice that it is oftentimes easier to have the correct posture with more weight on the bar. It pulls you in the right position.

1️⃣ Squeeze the bar.
2️⃣ Lift your elbows. Keep pushing them up as you go down.
3️⃣ Lift your chin. This will extend your thoracic spine.
4️⃣. Do my go to Box Thoracic / shoulder stretch 3x 20-30 sec.

I tend to hold my arms straight out in front of me, either at a 90 degree angle holding my forearms, or completely straight grasping my hands together, holding the bar is too hard on my wrists and doesn’t allow me to properly apply the weight on my shoulders
