I walk 30 minutes 7 days a week...l take a multivitamin everyday with a glass of water at breakfast..l don't smoke no alcoholic beverages...l give my God thanks everyday..lam 74 but people think that I am 50 years old ...

I am feeling so much better walking 30 mins a day. It clears my mind, makes me happier and I feel stronger by each day. I don’t tire as easily. It’s so good for the body. I’m hoping to lose weight as well. I’m a senior and it’s good for all parts of my body and for cholesterol issues as well.

I started at 5000 steps now getting between 15, 000 and 18, 000 steps. Almost a month into it. I especially love my 6:30 am walk. I am now walking faster too. In the beginning I had blisters now I actually have pain free moments despite having a weak ankle

3 weeks ago I had a lower back pain that made me lose one week of work..but now im walking for therapy im feeling better and doing other easy exercises ..walking works...i have not seen any negative comments against walking...it is a great work out!!!!

If you only knew how difficult of a time l have walking(Neuropathy in All extremities) You would shout to God THANKS every Step you can Take. I see people less Fortunate than Me it only Makes me More Thankful for every Step. Amen. GOD MAKES WEAK PEOPLE STRONG. AMEN HALLELUYAHH.

I walked 10 miles a day = 27000 steps after lockdown followed the ww weight loss plan for life lost 5 st 5 lbs in the year, I cut back on my walking gained a little weight back but am now back to walking 15, 000 steps a day 60 mins indoor walking with Leslie Sansone as they are low aerobic and you move in all different directions then I go for a brisk outdoor walk I find getting out has helped my mental health happy walking ⭐️

25, minutes every a day (fast pace) and about 10-15 mins of resistance exercise every day.. gets it done. 77 y.o.and burned off 10 lbs in 6 mo's, 5-10 now 161 lbs. Sleeping well ( I don't watch the news)

I was walking 5 to 7 miles (again) every day for that last 9 months, but I’ve cut back to 4 to 6 miles each day. Weather has been rough, but it seems to be about right for me.

I've been walking for years and prefer doing my daily activities on foot such as go to the market and go to work. I feel fresh, sleep well and my mood better.

I do an hour in the am before work and 2 hours after. Its spring here and the park is beautiful

Thanks for the video. Simplicity is the key in all aspects of life and hence walking. I would just suggest one thing. If you want to hear music while walking, make sure it is a mild one preferably instrumental or better none at all. You would need to "observe and listen" to (a) your body and (b) mother nature (blue skies, sunlight, sound of air, birds chirping, waving of trees)

It adds further more to the mental & physical well being.

I've been walking regularly for so long I think the weight loss I experienced was regained. Loss of fat and regained with muscle.... 6"3 -210lbs...I feel great.
