and this is actual cannon now lol, that's one thing i love about starwars, things like this can legitimately become cannon, like that old grizzled looking gray haired rebel in episode 6 who is one of the ones to disguise himself as a strom trooper, people noticed that he looks kinda like old rex, and then later on he was retconned from just an extra support background dude to actually canonically being rex
