Anyone else think it's a crime to get a good steak and not just grill it? I love fancy food and new things but you just can't gourmet a steak. I've yet to eat a $100 steak that I couldn't beat with my grill or a cast iron pan.

Finally a chef highlighting Jamies ridiculously small portions that are supposed to feed a family. No one is dissing Jamie he is a brilliant chef but he once cooked a ragu with one small rabbit and said it will easily feed 14! Would easily feed 28 if you cut it half again
