I spent the majority of my 20’s depressed because I didn’t know what my passion was, but I always loved to eat!

Then 4 years ago I replaced my girlfriends broken BBQ with a pellet grill and I became obsessed! I started cooking as much as possible even though most food I made tasted terrible.

I didn’t care! I loved how rewarding it was to make something delicious.

Then last year I started taking it seriously because I started filming my recipes for you guys! I became even more obsessed with learning.

Now I may not think of myself as a chef, but this beef Wellington is the most proud I’ve ever been over a recipe. It’s a difficult cook and the fact I pulled it off makes me closer to acknowledging my skills as a “chef”.

Anyways. Thank you to all of you for being here and helping my dreams come true. I promise I’ll give back!! I just need to find out what…

You're a chef. No degree or culinary school is going to teach you "how" to be a chef, that's all up to you. You're more of a chef than many chefs I've worked with, got that imagination that many of us dream of.
