20 Minute Beginner Treadmill Workout|Great for Beginners, Seniors and more

Hey YouTube Family!

So happy to bring you another Treadmill Workout for Beginners, Seniors, those getting back into fitness and for those that get a lot of intense work in and are looking for a recovery workout.

This workout will take you from Inclines 1.0% to 4.0%.

In the video I'll be using 1-lb Tone-y-Bands (info below)! Feel free to use anything from 1-lb to 3-lbs (or higher) when you feel comfortable! If you don't have any weights, no problem use anything you have in house (water bottles, cans).

As always you can cater this workout to your level. You can walk the entire video, walk/run or run.

Benefits of Incline:
Using incline on a treadmill tones the muscles much faster, improves quads, hamstrings, glutes and also ankle strength. It also tones muscles and burns calories 5 times quicker for faster fat loss.

HIIT workouts not only help build endurance, strength and speed but they are great ways to burn an increased amount of calories and with HIIT workouts you get maximum results in less time. Using a treadmill to change your routine and the intensity of your workout can help you reach new highs in your personal fitness.

Again TreadChic, has been designed for all individuals regardless of your fitness level. It is for the slowest of walkers to the fastest of sprinters. Each participant is given guidelines to determine their speed at the start of class.

I truly believe that we need to help empower one another to reach new and wonderful levels. It is my vision to make sure participants complete each workout feeling challenged and empowered to come back and do it again!

Thank you first and more most. I love your videos and can say that they contribute to a lot of my weight loss. Down 60 lbs. However, life got busy. I work for a school and my walking dropped since October. I have kept my weight off, but my exercise dropped. So, with that being said, and it's a new year, I am ready to get back into it. I love how you explain the proper way to walk on a treadmill. I am 50 and have 3 different types of arthritis. It is so important that I don't cause injuries. I also have to do injections in my knees, hips, and sometimes back. So please keep explaining, I am not athletic, so I need all the proper techniques. Thank you so much, and I am proof you are never too old to be healthy.

Hey, I’m looking to lose weight and I am currently 16 male 175 cm 65kg, how should I calculate my daily energy expenditure? Because I think my metabolism has slowed down due to extreme eating less and I’m not sure of my current basal metabolic rate anymore so I’m not sure how much calories I’m burning per day so I assume it to be 1500 and I put myself in a 500 calorie deficit and eat 900-1000 calories a day but I’m not sure if I am actually burning more than 1500 calories per day, so how should I calculate it? Thank you in advance
