Great workout . I have not exercised for almost 2 years and this beginners workout was perfect to make me break a sweat with the increased speed and incline . 20 minutes goes fast !

Thank you for your video's! I first started with your 5 minute jump rope videos, now I'm doing two of your 10 minute jump rope video! I now do three or four of this video! Today I'm gonna start the beginner running video with Brittany! Thanks to u my health and endurance has improved soooo much! And I love the way u present the videos....Awesome!!!

I love love your music selection it’s not disturbing it’s actually soothing and motivating! So glad the spirits guided me to your channel as I was suffering from anxiety and depression and kept seeing myself running the treadmill I guess that was spirits way of saying get up and come back to life! Now I have a reason to use the community gym in my complex! Might as well if I pay for it right?😂 Thank you for all you do!
