Acko has been giving me a nightmare. My car has been in a Acko selected garage NOT an authorised brand garage since April 2023. Till date Acko and its partner garage has been unable to procure the parts to be replaced and whatsoever there is no delivery timeline no call back and it is only customer duty to follow up.
Only update was given to me after infinite followups that delivery of the car will be done by 12th Jun and the sorry state of affairs is that for last one week no one from Acko has neither updated nor followed up or informed me about what is the status of the repair.
Inability of the garage chosen by Acko is ONUS of customer that is what I was told in one of the calls.

It reeks of irresponsibility

In my experience acko is very bad insurance company they only bluffing but they don't want to pay money for the hospital claim very bad who ever seeing my comment if they think that I am genuine please don't buy acko once you bought it you will cry for bad and pathetic company
