Yes when I send try to send any kind of video a short video it's not sending it's saying it cancel or trim it and that's using gboard why does it do this even if the videos 5 seconds long

It's crazy that my son has Galaxy A5 2 with AT&T and he sent me a 4-minute video about 40 MB to my Galaxy A5 2 with T-Mobile and it was perfect but I sent him a 30-second video and it stated that it was too large and what he got was so pixelated and of poor quality it was ridiculous... same exact model phone from two different carrier

Usually it has something to do with the APN. Your carrier has screwed you. Your Sim card is no longer working with your carrier like it use to.
