Yendry my love i have a Stratus C5 Elite from Cloud Mobile and my phone wont turn on or charge, ive tried hard rebooting it by holding volume down and power button but wont work and pressing volume up and power button only brings me to the boot menu to fast boot, recovery mode and normal boot but everytime i choose any option there it wont boot it just goes to black screen :(

You can also plug the charger in and hold the power button until it starts. Not sure about newer phones but always worked for me on my phones.
