This is all great and works...But I have to do this about every 5 to 10 minutes. Any ideas why this would continue to happen? Once I reset or turn airplane mode on and off, it will work for 5-10 minutes and then stops again...then I have to repeat the process over and over while on mobile data. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Could it be planned obsolescence of the phone? My wife has the same phone and the issue showed up for both of us at the same time.

Not sure if you can help me or not. My phone isn't showing any APN details at all. When I go into APN there's a sentence across the screen that reads, "APN settings are not available for this user." I've a Galaxy S10, when I go to the "Edit access point, " my screen is like yours in this video. Everything shows "Not set." Any help is appreciated!

Do you know why my data is being used along side my hotspot usage? I just got a moto g stylus and I have the same for years now as always but never experienced this before. I usually like to save my data and use up my hotspot first but now they've become 1 thing??? Help please

Just had to power my LG off and back on to get data working. This has happened before and I think it is after using Google Maps driving directions. The phone just goes stupid and needs to be powered off for some reason. No other fix I've tried works.

A long video date wise but I have a question I currently own a pre paid no data plan but in order to send my texts I need to turn my mobile data button even though I don't own data plan but still sends the message once I turn it on. I don't own data but I need it on regardless where before I didn't

My issue was having a dual-SIM configuration in my phone, but it was using the wrong SIM for data. The fix was found in Network & Data > SIM cards.
