According to my power output and VO2 Max my fitness age is 24 even though I'm in my 60s. More than just supplementing with Glynac, there's a whole stack of activities for fitness I participate in, but I'm sure it doesn't hurt.

Supplements may work if you’re deficient or depleted from autoimmune, poor diet, or chronic illness

The question is, therefore, from what age is it advisable to start taking it? And at what dosage?

Anecdotally, when I felt like crap and I was unhealthy (20s), GlyNAC helped me feel healthier after about a year of pain that resulted after an infection/injury.

Just getting into turning back the clock. I had heard good things about NAC as a stand alone, and then heard about GlyNAC, so having a supply of NAC already I bought enough glycine to essentially mix the two in my stomach. Any problems with this to get GlyNAC?

One other interesting fact in your other video was it seems like the dosages for glynac they are using in the studies are much higher than consumers take. Or maybe I’m thinking of another combo. I use glycine like a sweetener now.

What about safety concerns with NAC? there's research showing it can both promote and subside cancer in some cases, any ideas about that?

Nick, have you ever spoken on the phenomenon of anhedonia that is often reported to occur alongside NAC supplementation? I’d love a deep dive on this as I’ve experienced it first hand. The most plausible explanation Im aware of is something to do with how NAC chelates metals and minerals in the body, creating deficiency/inadequacy. Any legitimacy to this idea?

I’m 66. I eat whole food plant based diet and exercise daily. Do you think I should take it? Has enough research has been done on it for older people to safely take it regularly? I heard you mention that you thought we needed more research. because of one concerning increase.

What's your opinion of micronized glutathione for oral transdermal absorption in products such as Nutriswish sold by Neumi? Thx!

I take it at 75, but I’m one who would have been vastly helped by it, due to genetic snips, such as being APOE4+.

Unless you have some sort of condition, gen polimorfism that inhibits the production of gluthation like many autistic people and some people with allergics or asthma

I mean, I've heard some people saying that 50 is young, so when should we draw the line? 30s?
