I truly appreciate how analytical and meticulous you are. It's a true skill and it's a skill that is UNcommon in the united states

In a future video it would be interesting to hear you take on how Glutathione levels affect cancer growth rates and metastasis

What about the idea that one has to be careful of maintaining a balance of antioxidant and oxidant in the body? That it's better to take the precursor to glutathione and the body will produce glutathione in a more balanced way?

Maybe Glutathione IV infusion. It has to increase Glutathione levels... it also bleaches the skin 😅 very popular cosmetic procedure in South Korea.

Liposomal glutathione on an empty stomach is the best way to take it orally, but glyNAC is better and cheaper. The only glutathione worth taking imo is injectable

What happens if you add R-alpha lipoic acid to the mix of glycine and NAC ? ( strictly the R isomer).
My understanding is that it boosts glutathione levels as well as recycling vitamin C and vitamin E..
My primary interest is to reduce neuropathy, if it helps with youthfulness and longevity, all the better.
Could you kindly advise me on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sublingual or injected glutathione.

It needs to be carefully dosed, but I have seen it done.

GLYNAC gives me side effects especially with sleep! NAC on its own I have never any side effects. Acetyl Glutathione is very effective and instantly feel wellbeing, it's a more expensive variant

Please excuse my ignorance, but in an effort to dispell it, is Glynac a chemically paired supplement, or is it simply a reference to taking glycine and n-acetyl cysteine simultaneously?

Second question, if Glynac is indeed a chemically paired supplement, is taking glycine and NAC simultaneously just as effective?

Any help with this appreciated!

Kind of a dumb question but does taking glutathione and n-acytelcystine in separate pills but together qualify as taking glynac?

Hello. If you have low glutathione levels, wouldn’t it be appropriate to supplement first with liposomal G and then when levels normalize, continue with the Glynac to maintain optimal G levels?

Does magnesium glycinate work as glycine, I'm stupid so if that's dumb please understand.

Why ? because glycine and NAC have some known side effects.

Are there any studies where they looked at taking NAC with TMG?

Can't take glyNAC here, too acidic. Wreaks havoc on my stomach so I'd rather continue taking liposomal glutathione instead.

How about sublingual glutathione? That should get it into the bloodstream directly.

If the enterocytes cannot digest whole molecules how can glutathiones is absorbed without any change?

Saying "GlyNAC" is not a professional way (even though some people do), as these are two different compounds. Refer to it "glycine and NAC" if they were taken together in the studies. Just because I take Omega-3 with inositol, does not mean I should call it Omegsitol.
Also what noone mentions on YouTube is the fact that taking collagen with NAC will create the same effects as glycine with NAC (just need to take 4 times as much collagen as glycine) + the skin and bone health benefits of collagen.
