I did it, Lucas! It’s very inconsistent, but I got a couple good ones in. To those still struggling, make sure to kick your legs forward, not straight up. Also, having a wide base like he said is super helpful.

2 super simple things that were super helpful for me:
1: Use your palms more than your fingertips to push yourself up
2: Use your abs to lift yourself up once your arms are all the way extended.

My daughter is a competitive dancer, and been working on this for years. Super close but struggles landing every time. Literally watched this video then did it 10 times in a row. Bravo Bravo

A few things that helped me get this were:
1.pushing really hard with my arms right after I kip up (if you can’t get your chest up you have to push really really hard and explosive)
2. Kiping upwards instead of forwards
3 raising my hips high after the initial Kip and then trying to land my feet right under my butt

Also practice the leg part on a bed it helped me get the correct motion

I felt like I can't do this, I was so bad at it, but I kept working and training all the time and now I can do a kip up. Never give up.

this is by far the best tutorial I've ever watched. after watching like five different videos and practising for like a week I still could not get it but I watched this video yesterday and today I finally did my kip up. It's a little inconsistent, but the more I practice the more consistent I know I will get.

Okay. Imma be honest. I was not expecting much watching this guy's series on kip ups after I randomly searched tutorials. Well, I can eat my words, because I followed the tips and advice and successfully performed my first kip up after trying for about 15 minutes. Thank you sir!
