Clean area with rubbing alcohol, Soften the skin with a warm towel, then clean again and try and squeeze it out using clean piercing device if needed. Then clean with hydrogen peroxide, then rubbing alcohol, followed by which hazel for the next 3 days or until it dries and closes. No more fizz from hydrogen peroxide helps indicate that. You can put a bandaid over the area for a few days to keep covered while clean.

Not everybody can afford to go to the dermatologist. Not everyone has health insurance and sometimes up to a 68 month wait to go to the dermatologist. Give direction on what people can do in the moment and their time and on their dime.

I have one of those and it started out the size of a pea, but has shrunk significantly over the years. It would've shrunk faster if I cleaned it out more often but the skin gets so sensitive around it. Sure it fills back up, but it does shrink over time each time you clean it out
