I think gaining muscles is what makes good weight loss and body transformation, I don' t go to gym though I wanted it to but timing is important which I am lacking, but exercises helped me a lot with diet for faster results, my body was not that obese that much but I got better

The reason I hv chest fat and belly fat is I had worked out for like 4yrs built a muscular body and then suddenly stopped working out because I started my corporate employee journey. So, now again I am trying to make time for a workout.
