Our physio expert showcased shoulder flexion exercises, such as touching the ear and holding it for 10 seconds, as well as shoulder rotations in clock and anticlockwise directions, with 10 repetitions each. He also demonstrated neck exercises, including chin flexion, to enhance flexibility and strength.
