I love radish kimchi! They make awesome kimchi at the Korean restaurants and markets in K-Town in NYC. Yum.

We don't put MSG in Homemade Kimchi.
No sasami oil in Kkacddugi which is Raddish Kimchi.

I just made some yesterday actually. Also a bunch of pickled radishes. One in a Sichuan recipe, and the other in a whiskey brine cause (I want the juice for other reasons, ikyky).
