A lot of y'all have been asking for more side dishes recipes! Today we are gonna teach you how to make this super easy spicy diced radish kimchi, also called Kkakdugi~

This radish kimchi is a good pairing for many dishes, and you'll add this addition to your banchan collections.

1/2 Onion
20 Garlic
1/2 Cup Salted Shrimps
1/2 Cup Fish Sauce

What is “real sugar?” I love kimchi, but I’m not so familiar with the insistent other than cabbage, radish, scallions etc. Real sugar throws me off??
