Hi Philip, when I tried to update and switch my HP Windows 10 system from Legacy to UEFI, I get a message: "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. the selected disk has a BMR partition table. On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT disks." I think it means drive C: is not a UEFI GPT drive.

This is a HP 15t-j100 with UEFI. It was recently upgraded from Win7 to Win10 in Legacy mode. I went into the BIOS boot menu and disable Legacy so that UEFI was enabled. And I could boot from the UEFI GPT USB stick. But Drive C: is not compatible so I cannot install the windows 10 in UEFi mode. Will I solve this issue by erasing or format drive C: after booting from the UEFI USB and just before installation?
