Sociopaths who know how to tear someone down with such detail, shows that they have a very very low self esteem, so they knock someone's head off to stand a little taller. It's simply a trauma response. However, the consequence of what she describes are akin to criminal and can have a tremendous effect that can affect generations. Someone that has a healthy relationship with themselves not only knows their boundaries, but they are COMFORTABLE with stating them directly to their partner in a non confrontational way without any manipulation. As a sociopath and a clinical psychologist, I got a lot of help and learned how to stand up for myself without having to get up from my humble seat of power. It's a skill everyone should learn, not just sociopaths.

the fact she went so in depth about her revenge tactic with relationships kinda seems like she really cares/was at least burned ego-wise, otherwise why would she put effort into establishing her power over another....I think a lot of sociopaths are actually just incredibly numbed emotionally and likely try to convince themselves of having no feeling to distance themselves from the throws of feeling...but deep deep there
