I have had voices wake me up....out of a dead sleep and no one is there.

THIS HAPPENED TO ME AS I WAS WAKING UP, I WAS ALMOST AWAKE BUT FALLING BACK TO SLEEP FULLY . AND I HEARD IT AND IT SCARED THE FUCK OUTTA ME AND I RAN TO MY MOTHER'S ROOM TO SEE WHAT SHE WANTED ... EVERYONE WAS GONE TO WORK .

I woke up to a loud banging on my bedroom door at 2 am, nobody was there and everyone was asleep. I ended up paranoid for a few nights.

This has been happening to me for a few years now, different voices often mean and angry, screaming my name or saying hello. Sometimes the bell rings but there is no one. One time a soft voice said 'I love you so much'. That was a surprise because they are usually hateful. Sometimes they mimick my ringtone or my cat next to my ear when my cat is not even there. One time there was an extremely loud growl and hiss like from a very big animal and I was too scared to turn on the light. And that is just the less creepy stuff

This has happened to me several times that someone says my name and it jolts me awake. I wish I could ever get more messages before waking. This is the first I’ve ever looked this up and I didn’t know it was so common. Thanks ❤

I've been experiencing this I also have dealt with something that might of caused it I thought I was hearing a voice right over my head in the basement everywhere I could be downstairs and feel like someone in the house was whispering something bad and no one did or does I know our house might be partly haunted because of experiences let's just say sounded like a female could be a ghost or negative thoughts that cloud your mind making you hear voices as of someone is whispering bad stuff to make you think everyone around you is lying or thinking negative thoughts about you when they never do...the mind is very unique and when you're mind is doing that it creates another perception that may make you decide others around you it's amazing what our minds are capable of 💯🙏

The past 4 days I wake up to a female voice calling my name. I am searching online to see if others have same experience.

Maybe someone here can explain a phenomena to me. I hope!
In my younger yrs, I had 2 shared experiences.
1st time was when I was directing a children's play at our community theater.
I had a friend meet me at the theater to pull costumes. I had the keys & I locked the door behind us.
As we we were on top of the greenroom after climbing the ladder to get up there. You needed to stay away from the edge, because there was no walls or railings.
I heard a man call my name twice. I looked over the edge thinking someone was down there. My friend didn't hear this 1st calling. She told me my imagination was running away with me.
Then it happened AGAIN! AND ... she heard the man call my name twice!
She was scared & wanted to leave, so we did. But not before my saying "I told you so!".
About a year later I was at my tiny apartment with my boyfriend. He was in the bath, I was around the corner in the bedroom.
It happened again. Same man calling my name 2 times.
My boyfriend jumped out if the tub hollering "WHAT was that?"
He heard it too!
I have been working on my psychic abilities & connections with spirit as an older adult. Cuz like so many scared little kids, I pushed the "scarry stuff" away before starting kindergarten. We didn't know about Spirit too much in the 1960's.
Anyways ... can someone help me understand how I had 2 psychic experiences with witnesses? My Google searches have turned up nothing.

A Friends voice from another city called out Hello B... that really surprised me, and bang I was awake, is he trying to tell me something or trying to get my attention?

OMGosh this is crazy.

I have a tiny dog we go everywhere together.

She wakes at 5am I tell her ‘no not yet, go back to bed’

Later I heard very clearly in a cute pixi like voice.

‘Myra come on where are you’?

I was like 😳 it was my little dogs voice…

😂 she was whimpering but I heard her speak …

Obviously it was a dream 😴 wake thing like you say, it must have been around 6am.
Honestly though I feel like if she had a voice that’s what she would sound like.

Uh, I heard someone say say “Megan, I’m here” after I’d gone to sleep. It was as if they were right next to me. It woke me right up. I wasn’t scared and I felt like someone was there
