How to make Low Carb Bacon and Cheese Crustless Quiche

250g bacon (1/2 lb) chopped and fried just until crispy
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 cup heavy cream / pure cream
5 eggs
handful cherry tomatoes, cut in half
handful shredded Gouda cheese

Mix the eggs, seasoning salt and cream and whisk well. Add the Gouda cheese and stir well.

Lightly spray a small casserole dish and add the egg mixture.

Sprinkle the cooked bacon evenly over the top, then divide the tomatoes evenly on top.

Pop in pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top and set in the middle.
