How to do a soft reset on a TomTom satnav (incorrectly mentioned hard reset in the video).

My Tomtom just kept saying "Waiting for valid GPS signal", but after following your reset instructions it works fine again. Thank you very much.

Perfect, worked a treat . My Tom Tom randomly turned off today, when I switched it on it would last around 30seconds then turn off again, it kept doing this for hours, had to resort to using my phone until I got home, your video fixed everything !! Thankyou so much

First words out of his mouth = "Hard reset".
Clarity and consistency is very important.
Still don't know if that was a soft or hard reset, as the process of restarting wasn't included.

Do you have any idea what to do with PRO 7350 TRUCK after map update crashed. The device turns on but it say 'no map available' when i tap to add it it says 'not enough disk space' i tried going to recovery mode but it only displays sad sd card icon with xx eyes (doesn't matter if the card is in or not)
