Today we have a 15 minute EMOM style workout that's pretty full body. This is a full follow along workout. Press play and try and keep up.

We will be using 1 relatively heavy kettlebell for this workout.

Make sure you are doing the warm up so that you're ready to put in some work and stay injury free.

Following up: I've done this one several times now. It's a great workout! Can you do more EMOMs like this one around 10-15 minutes? They're so intense and I feel great afterwards!

Did it. I had to do regular push up cause my kettle bell too small. Great workout.

I like it. I'm pushing 60, so I think I'll modify it to 10, 8, 10 and go EOMOM for 7 rounds. 24kg seems right.

Could you alternate the press up with a row, then a horizontal press each round? Would this then make it more of a fully body workout.
