I know your recipes are designed to create the most exquisite desserts, but would this recipe still work if left out the4 white chocolate base? Would I need to make any adjustments to the balance of the recipe?

I miss salt in the white chocolate base. Vanilla extract and whipping cream in the cheesecake recipes. Can you write it please in the recipes 🤗

I finally made this. OMGOSH! ♡♡♡♡♡♡ It's a whole different level of cheesecake. The blending of the cheeses & the sour cream gives it an interesting, complex & almost sour (?) flavor. It's refreshingly different. Thank you! Thank you!
