🥕 Carrot & parsnip tops & peels
🥬 Celery ends & tops
🥔 Potato peels

🥕 Butternut squash peels
🌶 Jalapeno or other hot pepper stems
🥒 Zucchini and summer squash ends & peels
🧄 Mushroom stems
🦴 Veggies which are almost – but not quite – going bad

I put bell peppers in mine and the bitterness was so bad I had to dump it 😔. It smelled so good!

I also recommend not adding too much onion skins.
It was bitter i threw it out

I'm sorry, English is not my first language. I love your videos but what is veggie broth. I mean I know how it's made thanks to you but how do you use it? Maybe its the base of your soups?

I used the exact veggies you showed (carrot scraps, onion + skin scraps, garlic + skin scraps, some chives that were a bit older) and it ended up tasting absolutely horrible :( I've done it now two times (first time with potato peels and then avoided them 2nd time because I read they may cause bitterness) and it tasted extremely bitter and disgusting.. I don't know what to do anymore because it were the exact vegetables you showed were okay for the stock :(
