The healthiest kind of vegetable is the one you eat!

✨ Frozen veggies often contain MORE nutrients than fresh vegetables if the veggies aren’t in season

✨ Vegetables with dressing or cheese sauce still contain lots of nutrition! It’s perfectly fine (and encouraged) to enjoy your food ❤

The truth is: any vegetable you eat because it’s more convenient, delicious, or affordable is going to be better than not eating a vegetable at all.
