Dont run on treadmills. Go outside and run. You’ll run more than you ran on treadmills

You should add pull ups or more pulling and glute brideges also and it will become a full body workout to balance the posture

Its not that you have to do 100 pushups, situps, squats and a 10km run...it depend from person to person..Saitama said that he pushed to his absolute limits..this was his limits at that time..he said that he used to do it till he bled, his bones made weird sounds i.e he trainesd like hell..every one thinks that they will do this routine and become like him..but no one can actually do it as hard as he did....you have to break through your abdolute limits...on top of that there was also a diet and he did not use any elec. appliences..he lived as harsh as he could...doing all this every day for 3 yrs straight!!! This shows his determination..thats insane ...respect for him.
