most people forgot that other than training saitama literaly fight every day some monster he not only make routine trainig but using all other muscle fighting and this is why he became stronger for keep make the routine ''stretch'' and fight monster ''real training'' he not starting from 0 we see vs his first monster(the crab), is skilled he have base body for calisthenics
