I just want his physique! I know the training isn’t optimal, with no back work, no progressive overload, and no rest days. He still looks pretty muscular though. I’d only train my chest more, and maybe some back and shoulders for a wider physique. I already have thick Chun li thighs lol

Maybe the hot and cold training does help as dr ronda Patrick talks about cold shock therapy and hear shock therapy I’m recovery so that your able to do the physical training more cause if that’s the case then ice baths wouldn’t be a thing after training nor saunas
