This is a wall pilates ab workout for beginners. It is a no equipment pilates abs workout. This workout contains wall pilates exercises, including wall pilates workout for abs. This is a pilates workout on wall, which allows us to use resistance from the wall to assist in exercises. This is a wall pilates for weight loss and wall pilates for belly fat loss, as these exercises challenge the core and can help build strength. This would be a great pilates workout for athletes who need core strength and stabilization work, and would be a great pilates workout for cross training. I just finished Day 9 of the 28-day challenge. As someone who is overweight & out of shape, these have been really great. The individual routines are a good length to keep me going & motivated. I’ve already realized I will need to complete this challenge again before adding more intensive routines. But my new goal is to be able to do a full roll up!!!

Just finished day 5. I almost missed it, it’s just been a crazy day, but I’m glad these workouts are short enough that I can still get it in even at 10pm at night! I definitely didn’t want to miss it!

I skipped posting comments for a few days because the desire to skip a day was strong but still on track. Cheers to day 5 🎉. Thank you for this series! Finding a workout that’s not overly strenuous while rehabbing a hip/back issue has been so difficult but the exercises in this program thus far mimic some of my PT stretches and has been an added bonus!

Day 26 for me. I love the challenge and that I stayed with it the whole time. The workouts are long enough to make a difference and short enough to keep me going. Thank you!

Whew! Day 5 done. What an enjoyable and challenging routine. My abs are screaming! My goal is to be able to do a full roll up soon. I added some squats afterwards. Thanks Rachel. See you tomorrow.

I just completed day 5 of the challenge. I love that I have enough time to commit to these short, yet effective, sessions each morning. The variety is great, too! I did not realize you could do so much with a wall!

Only Rachel can be gentle while she lights those abs on fire! Loved the wall roll ups. There are several moves here that I'm adding to my abs vault.

Day 9 Done!💪🎉 I missed it yesterday, so had to make sure I got it completed today! My roll up was well awful, but definitely going to work on it. The change I've seen in my body in 9 days is crazy, and I'm actually sticking with it. After 3 kids, currently 15mo PP and still breastfeeding, I didn't think I'd see many results, especially this soon, but wow! I'm so glad I found you on here!

I am so happy I found these workouts. They have been a great alternative as I am not able to do my usual strenuous workouts due to medical issues. I am able to maintain the gains I had before from my regular workout and I can feel myself getting stronger with each workout. A BIG THANK YOU Rachel 🤗
