Cooking a steak to the right temperature is hard to do when conditions are perfect, and even more difficult when you need to cook for many people. I even slightly overcooked my steak in this video!

For that reason I don’t fault the restaurant in any way, however today’s challenge had to end due to disqualification. I’ll be back to TRH in the future and let me know where I should go next!

Went here for a medium rare as well, same outcome. The middle was so raw, and I called the manager over and asked him what he thought of it. He started coming up with an insane excuse on how that’s perfectly fine to serve as a restaurant. I’ve been a manager for food in CA, I know the proper time and temperature control etiquette. Visually, it was raw, the internal temp definitely felt more around a 100 degree mark instead of 125-130. Can’t believe these people, especially after looking right at my raw steak saying it’s medium rare
