As a fellow amateur cook, I gotta give it to Manny. He struggled, and who knows what that wine reduction sauce tastes like, but he presented an very eloquent plating and he managed to rise to the challenge

I can see in Manny's eyes that he is working very hard and just wanted to say how lucky u are nick that your cameraman is so hard working and he really plays his role in every video. He is the best and hope he got a good rest after this video and after editing it.

I mean its pretty impossible to judge here without tasting either of them, but I think im gonna give this one to Manny his dish was quite a bit more creative despite the expensive ingredients and the plating was beautiful. Nick could have been a little more creative with his ingredients for his level of cooking knowledge but his steak was cooked perfectly and I'm sure it was still a great dish. Still, gonna give this one to Manny for the creativity/presentation!
