Do you have any tips or drills on how to stop rolling over and hitting weak ground balls?

Could you do a video on how to dive? You might be able to combine both how to do a headfirst dive into a base and how to dive for a ball in the field into one video. I personally have trouble figuring out how to dive with proper form so that I can actually gain extra distance without hurting my shoulder or knee.

Coach when I’m batting sometimes the pitchers pitch faster then I’m used to and sometimes the ball is a strike but it’s close to me so I get scared for a second then I swing and get a strike can you make a video and say some tips for that in it

Do you have any advice on how to stop getting blisters? I swing with a lot of intensity and it gets to the point where I can't swing full power until they heal due to the pain. They come all over my entire hand, I've tried multiple gloves, different grips, etc. Any advice?
