Problem with the name trick, most people who've played for a good while used it already before the level cap got raised. I started playing a month after it came out and used them already.

Whenever I mass transfer, I search “0*” and delete any lower cp (1500 or below) mons, then I do the same with 1* and then if needed, 2*

I know this is embarrassing but when i first started playing i thought double xp eggs were normal egg and used all the eggs i had and wondered why i didn't got any baby pokemon 🤦‍♂

For those who are new to pokemon go here are the eevee name tricks to evolve 8 only: Pyro - Flareon, Rainer - Vaporeon, Sparky - Jolteon, Kira - Sylveon, Sakura - Espeon, Linnea - Leafeon, Rea - Glaceon and Tamao - Umbreon.

If you trade someone who used the name trick it gets rid of that name for you to use I know this because I traded someone for Eveelutions and they were specially named so when I tried to use them it didn’t work so now I have to somehow get a glacial and mossy lure module 😅

Google never told me about one time use of Eevee's name. It just told me that changing names can evolve eevee to specific evolution. Now I'm in trouble and make that double.

I think this video really should’ve included how easy it is to look at your 0, 1, and 2 star Pokémon all at once. That’s the easiest way to mass transfer.

I never knew you could just put a number and a star at the end of it, that makes looking for stats so much easier, I only have one 4 star which is a fennekin from the community day, too bad it wasn't a shiny, but it's still very cool that I got my first 4 star mon

The name trick only works once. But it also only works if you haven't evolved it the normal way. I tried to do the name trick to evolve hundo umbreon, but I already evolved umbreon the normal way and it didn't work

I saw an Eevee evolving and immediately knew the Eevee names were on the list. I’ve used 2 names so far for Umbreon and Sylveon. Both of them were shiny
