The religion of Jesus became a religion about Jesus. If he would hypothetically come back tomorrow and say to us he is not God, trinitarians would start debating him😂

I have a half hour ride to work, but didn't want to listen to the interview until I got home because I didn't want to have to stop it midway through. Goodness gracious, no wonder so few young people have any use for religion. They're just are not as gullible as we were last century.

On the apologetic idea that any misinformation early on would have been immediately corrected by the apostles, it seems like surely the easiest counterexample is Paul: You have someone literally saying "Ignore the teachings of people who claim merely human credentials—like having learned from those who knew Jesus in life—because I had a mystical vision straight from the source!" And Paul won! So plainly courtroom evidentiary standards are not operating in this context.

So all these prophesies say that the Messiah will die and be raised from the dead after three days. So how come Jesus died on Friday and rose on Sunday? That's only two days! It doesn't make much sense, does it?

If Luke said that many people wrote accounts about Jesus, and he is going to write his version... Are all those accounts holy? Or none of them?

The premise of Christian theology, that humanity is made pure through Jesus' death, is so preposterous, it amazes me that billions of people swallow it hook, line and sinker.

Additionally, the fact that the disciples were unable to read and write, and that the writings that bear their name were written by individuals who didn't even know them, why would people be so lacking in skepticism?

Christianity is for the lazy. Someone who takes care of you, take no responsibility for your life. It is completely contrary to all wisdom writings. What dark delusion is upon the Abrahamic religions!

The spiritual path is simple: know yourself through observation and meditation, and become wise and insightful. It is only this that saves, liberates, delivers, from suffering and misery. Inward clarity, outward harmony. Simple!
