My school has lectures Monday through Friday 8 hours a day. I feel that’s counterproductive for my retention, as I be mentally exhausted by the time I finally get home. I think I’m going to focus on my own learning instead of lectures.

10 hours is manageable. But like you said it depends on efficiency and my advice is not to get behind! Otherwise you can be really screwed. And of course some students can absorb material much faster than their classmates. 😊

Im in middle school, my class is from 08:00-14:00, the first study session after i arrive home is 1 hour 15 minute, the second is 45 minutes.
Is that enough? The study session excludes homework.My house is pretty far from school, so it takes around 45 minute to arrive home.
