My cousin's a doctor, and he told me that during one of their dissections, there were lots of ppl present unlike their usual classes. Turns out, the person they were dissecting was a renowned doctor who said after his death, he wanted his body to be used to benefit the future of medicine.

My boyfriend started MS1 yesterday and came home with a stack of papers 7 inches deep. His coursework for the next 4 weeks. FOUR WEEKS. 1000 pages of dense science to do outside of class. We spent $20 on binders just to contain all of the pages by unit. It's going to be a wild four years.

I’m a medical student and i agree its so difficult to stay motivated especially during the normal days without exams or tests... i mean its just all about self motivation or you’re doomed.
