Helo taylor, i opened my etsy store just 3 month ago, and i got 1 sales. But my account was suspend by no reason. Should i just shipping the order? But my custome opened case on etsy and wanted to refund. I just message the customer but she said etsy issued a refund. What would i do? Still i continue the shipping? And did i get the payment for this order? Thank you
