This seated shoulder rehab program was developed by orthopaedic surgeon and shoulder specialist Dr. Adrian Huang and physiotherapist Justin Li.
With this program, you can rehab at home with 3 basic exercises for early post-injury or post-surgical recovery. I use this program for patients who are 2 weeks out from their shoulder injury or surgery.
Exercise 1: Seated Pendulums
Exercise 2: Seated Assisted Forward Shoulder Raise
Exercise 3: Seated Assisted Shoulder Rotation
