As someone’s that’s quite familiar, the French laundry has gone down hill since Anthony’s time. Due to commercialization and the popularity the restaurant is no longer the intimate and unique experience it once was.

Still unbelievable food but unfortunately no longer the establishment it once was.

(This was back in 2018 comparing to a previous visit back in early 2000’s, this could of course be very different since Covid)
