In the rotunda on the 43rd floor of the majestic Grand Lisboa Hotel in Macao sits Robuchon au Dôme, Asia’s fanciest restaurant. It has held 3 Michelin stars for the last 15 years and boasts the largest wine cellar in China with over 17,000 labels. Today we drink them all! Just kidding. We’re here to try as much of their food and wine that our little English bodies can manage! Wish us luck.

Calling an Italian chef just to tell him that the best pasta was made by a French.... The nerve! 😆

One thing about this that I like a lot: The waiters don't take themself too serious. Just the response with the gym seems like they have fun at their work too

I just have to say, seeing the boys get invited to these renowned restaurants makes me feel so sooo proud. From running around the streets to make people try kimchi and get their reaction to being invited to 3 Michelin starred restaurants and being served by some of the biggest culinary greats in the world is just so surreal to witness. ❤

Ollie has the best face for food. The joy on his face is palpable; it makes me happy seeing how happy he is. Great show; keep it up.

I know I have stated this before, but Josh and Ollie just give out this infectious happy energy that makes it seem like they are a joy to serve for the staff.

You had me at the bread trolley! Chef Julien introducing those dishes and looking so happy and proud totally makes you forget you’re in a bougie restaurant until you see the camera crew dressed up. Luke in a fancy coat! Whoa!

This has been the first laugh I’ve had since the terrible tragedy that struck my home land here in Maine, USA. Thank you Josh and Ollie for being you and sharing your joy with the world! 😊

I love how no matter the famous restaurant they’re in, Ollie’s always just being Ollie 😂 Their genuine reactions to food is just so enjoyable to watch ❤❤❤

Let's be honest, Ollie has to be the first wife. Josh is literally taking him to the best of the best restaurants in Macao !

Their giddiness with something as simple as elevated tableside butter is what makes Jolly so endearing 🤗

I just love that this is the same channel that blended up a burger and drank it

I actually really appreciate Ollie's comparisons to more down to earth and relatable foods. It's what allows me to taste the food. Not a fan of how critical Josh is if his comparisons but i also get that their back and forth is what makes the channel work.

Ollie sticking his head out of the window of a Rolls Royce like a happy puppy is so on brand and I love it lmao ❤😂

I had the privilege to dine at Joel Robuchon in Tokyo 30 years ago. It was a fantastic experience, but nothing close to this. And yes, they already had their three Michelin stars even back then. It is amazing to see how much these institutions strive to always be the best even after all these years.

I do not know how you can watch this video and not smile the whole way through. I always love the interactions with the chef and staff too they just radiate great energy.

Ollie is hilarious. "I'm so glad I'm wearing rich person camouflage right now." 🤣 Love it!

Ollie : I just ate the best pasta and it was made by a Frenchman.
Mr. Z : *Challenge accepted*
Sometime in the future :
Josh : My name is Josh
Ollie : My name is Ollie
Josh : And today we are going to eat Mr .Z's cooking.

Would genuinely love to see an episode of them eating food that Mr. Z cooked for them.
Edit : I know that they did the episode with sandwiches made by Mr. Z but What I mean is doing an episode where Mr. Z cooks food for them live in their house or maybe they can rent a private kitchen where Mr. Z can cook there.

The OG Michelin Madness episodes got me through the pandemic, and look where we are now! Remember when Ollie thought a waiter would slap him about the head, and he was jealous that Josh and Gabie went to Michelin restaurants "all the time". Ollie has made it, and so have we all! Keep living your best lives, and letting us live vicariously! (PS I miss Lizzie)_ (PPS And Rev. Chris)

Just a tip to perfect your camouflage: When a sommelier ask you to taste the wine, their primary goal is to see if the wine is "corked" (if a defective cork which has spoiled the wine), it's not a wine degustation :D

The banter of Mr.Z and Ollie is so wholesome.
