Eating at Eleven Madison Park. NYC. 3 Michelin Stars. BEST RESTAURANT in The World Winner

I eat at and review Eleven Madison Park in the Flatiron District of New York City. The restaurant has 3 Michelin Stars and was voted as the World's Best Restaurant in 2017. Chef Daniel Humm helms the establishment and is considered to be one of the world's best chefs. Front of house specialist Will Guidara helped EMP to develop world-class service and hospitality. In 2021, Eleven Madison Park completely transformed into a vegan restaurant. I review their full tasting menu which contains about 10 to 11 courses for $365.

As a Chef and Meat eater who runs a vegan kitchen myself, this was and had been top of my bucket list for years, so last year I travelled from the uk to eat at EMP, I’d gone for the smaller tasting menu but I explain I was a chef in the email and asked if I could see the kitchen. Not only did they allow me to see the kitchen they gave me the full menu with wine pairings, a $1000 experience of a lifetime complimentary as my email had stood out as so heartfelt. The staff couldn’t be kinder and made it one of the greatest days of my life never to be forgotten.

I watch a lot of 3-star dining channels - including Alexander the Guest, which for me is the pinnacle of 3-star dining (but then again he has a seemingly unlimited expense account). James, out of all your all-encompassing reviews, this is my favorite. Thanks for doing what you do so well.
