I find the reminder that there is no need for my mind to solve anything to be a most effective cue for relaxation. It's really about giving your brain full permission to be at rest, which admittedly I don't always do.

I love all your yoga nidra collection. Your voice is so calming. Your words are calm meaningful and bringing so much healing. I download onto spotify and use my earpods to listen to ypu with wifi turmed off. I mostly listen in the mornings or at night when i have trouble sleeping and you have been a blessing 🙌

As I was doing this practice this morning there was heavy rain and thunder outside.
