Vertical ridges is not nutrient deficiencies. Rather hormonal issues, they tend to get ridges as we get older. Could also be digestive issues.
Zink, calcium and other nutrients, leaves white mark.

If it’s from dehydration, DE will only make that worse. For everything else though, spot on.

Need to be careful taking DE . It can actually split the parasites in two resulting in an explosion of Ammonia circulating in the bloodstream. Best get a kinesiology to test see exactly what you need and don’t. Not trying to pick holes but like everything need to be careful with all supplements.

Zinc is a mineral, not a vitamin. Maybe doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it decreases credibility.
