Показать описание
Signs of an imbalanced diet or nutritional deficiency can be observed through physical appearance, such as the condition of one's nails. Vertical ridges on the nails may indicate a potential nutrient deficiency, including iron in women and B9 (folic acid) and B12 in both sexes, as well as zinc and vitamin A.

Therefore, individuals with vertical ridges on their nails should consider getting tested for these nutrient levels by consulting with their healthcare provider. *Not medical info.

For me I developed these vertical lines after I cut some Naked Juice/Bolthouse out of my diet. I must be deficient in some vitamin in the juices I used to drink often.

İ wish every deficiency would show up as different colours on nails. Lines from left to right.
